You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Cosmetic items (such as cream, makeup, lotion, gel, shampoo, etc.) may only be returned for hygiene reasons if the product has not been opened/used. Once the product is opened/used, your order is final and cannot be returned.

The costs for returns are at your own expense. The original shipping costs will only be refunded when the entire order is returned.

We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

We do not take responsibility for returned items that are lost during shipping. The return shipment is at your own risk and at your own expense, and therefore we recommend that you keep a receipt with a tracking number to prove that the package has been sent.

We ask you to return the products to us in their original packaging. All products that are returned will be assessed for use and any damages. If there are damages resulting from use, we may charge up to 100% depreciation.
