You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic items (such as cream, make-up, lotion, gel, shampoo, etc.) may only be returned if the product has not been opened/used. Once the product has been opened/used, your order is final and cannot be returned.

The costs for return are at your own expense. The original shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

We bear no responsibility for returned items that are lost during shipment. The return shipment is at your own risk and expense, and we therefore recommend that you keep a receipt with a tracking number to prove that the package has been sent.

We request that you return the products to us in the original packaging. We assess all returned products for usage and any damage. Should there be any damage resulting from use, we may charge up to 100% depreciation in value.
