We want to deliver our products to you in perfect condition. However, it may happen that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens so that you can make a warranty claim.
Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
